The high pressure hoses manufactured at Aeroflex are sturdy and strong to not only withstand high pressure but also are resistant to other factors like detergent, chemicals and other solvents. The acceptable pressure range ratings are divided into three categories, which are:
- Maximum Rated Working Pressure: A hose, when being used is subjected to various degreef pressure. Maximum rated working pressure defines the limit of pressure that can be subjected to a hose, on a regular basis.
- Maximum Rated Test Pressure: Before a hose is introduced in the market or is ready to use, it has to undergo a number of tests, to make sure that it is fit for use under varied pressures and conditions. Maximum rated test pressure implies to the quantity of pressure that can be applied to a hose while it is being tested. Maximum rated test pressure is the pressure applied to a hose without causing any deformation or changes to the hose corrugations.
- Nominal Rated Burst Pressure: However strong a hose may, it cannot absolutely withstand any degree of pressure. Every hose has its own capacity of enduring certain degree of pressure. Nominal Rated Burst Pressure is the extent of pressure at which the hose assembly can be expected to fail. We are proficient manufacturers and suppliers of hoses of varying working pressures. The hoses we manufacture and market are fit for environments where the hoses need to absorb vibration, misalignment, expansion of pipes, contraction as well as motion.
